We have put together a service to make life easier for home users who are not very technical when it comes to reinstalling their Operating system and system data. If you were to reinstal everything from scratch you will literally need at least 2-3 days solid working on your system. With our service, this can be achieved with an hour - full system reinstall! No swapping of CDs, no downloading new updates. How? Quite simply, we take a "snapshot" of your complete hard drive and copy this to what we call an 'image' which is saved on to a DVD or USB hard drive. If you system was to fail - we use this image to restore your system; usually this take anything up to an hour depending how large your system was. That's it.. it's back to exactly how the system was when we first took the image! ... A perfect solution; Ideal for Home Users and even small business where data is even more valuable!
